The number of bank branch transaction is getting smaller, Causing bank branches to start closing down. Having jobs at the bank may not be as seductive as before. It became tedious and uninspired. The challenge for this job is to make bank job be desirable again. Working at the bank is more that just basic transaction, but it’s a challenging and transform to a better society.
