I once want to buy a mango from a fruit cart. I picked up a mango that I think looked most delicious and put in a bag, but the store owner won’t sell it to me. She said, this one is sour,  don’t take it. Come back next time. Although I did not come back with mango that day, but from that day, I became the regular customer of her fruit cart. She gained my trust. The question is, if she told me that her mangoes are great that day, and you bought them and came back disappointed, would you go back to buying her fruit again?
