The owner told us that if we compete with promotion, we create price war, once we are more expensive, consumers will buy from competitors. What we should see is trust. If we can gain trust from our customers, no matter what happened, they will stay with us. Therefore, Advice will only give the best recommendation for their client. So it’s the sell without selling.
