At the same time this commercial speaks to the employees of Advice. To remind themselves of customers true feeling. All the swearing that pours out of customers, If you listen carefully, the customers are actually giving us some advice. The Advice that warns us not to make another mistake again, to correct our mistakes and improve services. Warren Buffet once said,
